"Great staff, airport transportation and quiet and clean- some construction but not noisy and that meant updates! "

"Staff was unfriendly and not very helpful except for one of the guys who did valet parking. He was friendly and kind. The food was terrible cold and expensive except the coffee shop drinks. Would not stay there again! The view from our 14 th floor window was beautiful for sunsets ! "

I actually ended up staying overnight because it was much better than I had thought it would be the place was clean. It was quiet and I would stay there again if need be."

"Rooms and hallways are incredibly spacious. Quiet on the weekdays, but seemed notably busier on Saturday night into Sunday. Definitely off the beaten path relative to Downtown Buffalo but still walkable, though a bit more challenging in the winter."

"I loved all the chandeliers, truly gorgeous hotel. Dinning experience in room was amazing. Restaurant was fully booked but as guest of the hotel able to order from PRIME menu. The hotel room it self could have been cleaner. There were thumbtacks in the ceiling corners as if someone had hung a banner at one point, left over frozen food in the fridge, and toilet area was lacking in cleanliness. That was disappointing but other than that we did enjoy our stay "
