"The £5 a night parking charge surprised me, perhaps I missed this when reading your website. Also, the barrier preventing me driving into the car park was down thus, I could not drive in. Apparently there is a 4-digit code to enter. Again, I don’t remember reading about that on your website. In any case, surely that 4-digit code should be texted or emailed to guests prior to their arrival. So, my initial impression of the hotel was not good. However, the room is excellent thanks to the wonderful Nadia and the young man on reception was amazingly brilliant! Great, great staff here!!!"

"Love this hotel and have been staying annually for many years. I had concerns now that it has been taken over by Mecure, but it was very much the same, and it was lovely to see the same staff there as previously, including the very lovely Lindsey."

"We really enjoyed our stay, room was clean and large enough for three with a lovely view over the golf course and a little table and chairs to sit outside. The pool was warm ! So rare these days so enjoyed using that , staff all very friendly and helpful . We had a pizza and a couple of yummy cocktails on the bar all great ."
