"High quality accommodations, extremely comfortable and well equipped. We stayed at the suite room that had a separate bedroom. Location was on the top of a hill with views of the valley and the Gilboa hills. Beautiful short hiking trails right near the room. Room was very clean and inviting. Access to huge Swimming pool was included Staff was helpful at check in. "

"Was beautiful except you can only enter the “dining area” at certain times, and there is limited ways to get to properly. Also, I left sentimental earrings there and the owner’s son said he sent them, and didn’t (despite offering him $$). :("

"La localisation au sein d'un Mochav est un enchantement, allées fleuries, les maisons sont entourées de jardins très bien entretenus sans clôtures bien entendu comme aux États-Unis. Les hôtes sont charmants, multilingue Hébreux, Français Anglais,, Flamand, ils nous ont paramétré nos recherches sur Waze pour que nous puissions arriver sur les lieux à visiter sans souci. La Vallée de Jezréel fourmille de lieux et de curiosités à ne pas manquer."

"We came at 6:15 pm when confirmation letter said check-in is till 7 PM. NOBODY was there, reception locked with a sign OPEN. Tried to find anybody, no luck. Booked another hotel and went there. Need our money back. El Mul must let people know that they are a kibutz, not a hotel. That makes a slight difference. Other kibutzim are stating that in their title."

" AVOID AT ALL COSTS. This is not a hotel, this is a 1-star hostel at hotel prices. Two critical points: 1.) The hotel had a full on cockroach infestation. Our room was crawling in cockroaches (pictures included) 2.) Given the cockroaches, we asked for a refund on 1/3 nights. The host confirmed he would refund, but never did…. "Our host went out of his way to help us. He even helped to park my car in the narrow street near the guesthouse. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of options: omelettes, yogurt with different nuts and an assortment of items to add to it. The host respected our privacy. I would not hesitate to return. "

"We arrived to find no one in Reception at 5pm, and only a number to call. Annoying after a 3 hour trip. There was no working wifi, although they said they had it, and only a cold shower. Torture. Very simple room. Two beds, nowhere to put our things - no closet, no shelving. For $200 a night that's not acceptable. "

"We had a hard time finding it but man was it worth it, Halla was amazing she even came and found us, got in our car and drove with us to the parking and returned us to our place. Mark house is all operates by Michael House, there is also Alexander House. Michael House is the main one with a lovely balcony with city views and breakfast is served by Michael himself. "Staying at the Leonardo Plaza Hotel in Tiberias was an absolute delight! From the moment I stepped into the beautifully remodeled room, I was captivated by the attention to detail and the stunning view overlooking the boardwalk. The location couldn’t have been more perfect, situated in the heart of everything, yet offering a serene escape. What truly set this experience apart was the exceptional service provided by the staff, Talia the public relations manager in particular was extremely helpful and polite. Every request or concern I had was swiftly addressed with a smile, making me feel incredibly well taken care of throughout my stay. Their attentiveness and professionalism truly exceeded my expectations, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience.
