In an idyllic and quiet location in the north of Olbia in the village of Rudalza, the modern vacation home Villa Speranza 2 is just 6 minutes by car from the beach Spiaggia di Marinella (3.3 km). The stylishly furnished, barrier-free vacation home with spectacular sea view has a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and can accommodate 5 people. Additional amenities of the child-friendly accommodation include air conditioning, SAT-TV and a crib.
In the spacious outdoor area you will find a beautifully planted communal garden with sea view, a large sunbathing area with sun loungers and an outdoor shower. Start a wonderful vacation day with a delicious breakfast in front of a beautiful backdrop on the covered terrace. In the evenings, prepare delicious meals on the grill and enjoy them al fresco with your loved ones over a glass of wine.
Despite the quiet location, you can reach several restaurants (700 m - 1.5 km) after only 2-4 minutes by car. 2 supermarkets are also less than 2 minutes away by car (1 km). You can reach a bus stop after 500 m. To the historic city center of Olbia you need only 13 minutes by car (10 km). Here you can stroll and explore the old town and the port. You will also find numerous restaurants, cafes and bars in Olbia. The beautiful beaches of the Costa Smeralda can be reached within 6-8 minutes by car, including Spiaggia di Marinella and Spiaggia di Ira (3.3 km - 4 km). Porto Rondo with its large marina is only 6 minutes away by car (3.6 km).
