Struttura situata in un piccolo Residence, a soli 2 Km dalla spiaggia più vicina, denominata: Porto Istana.
Porto Istana è in realtà un insieme di quattro spiagge separate tra di loro da piccole fasce rocciose, da cui si gode la splendida vista dell'Isola di Tavolara, inserita nell’Area Marina Protetta di Tavolara.
L'arenile e formato da sabbia finissima e bianca che digrada dolcemente verso i colori smeraldo delle sue acque.
Le onde turchesi scorrono sulla superficie del mare creando un effetto di luce e colori che ricorda il cristallo. La sabbia candida ricopre l’arenile creando un contrasto abbagliante con le sfumature dell’acqua.
È bordata da graniti rosa e contornata dal verde di arbusti mediterranei: cisto, corbezzolo, erica, leccio e olivastro.

La baia di Porto Istana sorge ai piedi di capo Ceraso, un promontorio granitico nella frazione di Murta Maria all’interno del golfo (e del territorio) di Olbia, da cui dista circa venti minuti di auto.
