Large roof terrace in common with two neighboring apartments. Private and shaded parking. Distances: 1 km Golf of Marinella (grocery stores, windsurf rental and jetty), 4 km from Porto Rotondo (tennis, diving center, boat rental), 10 km Golfo Aranci, 12 km Olbia (port and airport), 15 km Pevero Golf Club, 25 km Porto Cervo.

A wonderful view of the sea.
Very nicely located. Has everything you need except maybe wifi, but mobile signal is very good. No dishwasher, but wasn't a problem for us. Very helpful and friendly lady was there to meet us.
