"First off, the woman who opened up the villa was extremely rude and only showed my daughter in law around the villa, insisting everyone else should wait outside. Afer 15 minutes, I'd had enough and went in telling this lady we were coming in. Added to this, the smoke alarms throughout the villa did not work, and as there was no way of securing the separate apartments, we had to close the metal shutters at night. "Henri and Helens villa is beautiful. Everything you could possibly need is available. The outside kitchen and dinning area is wonderful. We can’t fault the villa itself. Helen was helpful, kind and welcoming throughout our two week stay. We made a request for a piece of disability equipment and Helen organised the hiring of this for us and it was ready on arrival. "We very much enjoyed our stay at Karl and Agentas villa, the town of Laurens is a very sleepy area in the middle of a wine county.
