"We planned our family reunion here. There is so much to do from kayaking the river, to playing pickleball, to card games. We stayed for a week and never ran out of things to do. It's felt very safe for the kids (as long as they can swim), we barely had to watch ours because the small neighborhood just felt so safe. We mostly just made sure we knew when the little ones were by the river. I would highly recommend this home."

"I stayed here with a group of three adults. The property was the perfect size for our group and the deck is spectacular. We sat out there around the fire pit every night of our stay. The place was clean and everything was clearly marked with labels which made it very easy to locate everything such as light switches."

"We had an enjoyable stay. Have stayed in Smiths Ferry area a number of times and thoroughly enjoy the quietness it offers. This property is great for this purpose. It is by far the most expensive property we have seen in the area, but that is an individual decision we made to accommodate our schedule. "Our stay was lovely! The home was very clean with nice bedding, towels and extra blankets to snuggle up in! The host also spoiled us with several scented candles and K-cup coffee pods to enjoy during our stay. The property was a quick stroll to the relaxing heated pool and restaurant at Terrace Lakes. "A group of 11 old high school and college friends stayed at this place for a reunion and it worked quite well for that purpose. We all like to cook and the kitchen was well equipped to handle large groups. The reason I would give it only 4 stars instead of 5 are that there are a number of minor issues people should be aware of but that said, I might consider staying there again. There are 5 bedrooms and a couch and one bedroom has 2 queens and a twin so in theory the place could accommodate 15...

The cabin itself is recently updated and well done with inviting decor and a charming kitchen that appaeared to be pretty well stocked.
