"We we very dissappointed. It was not as advertised. There was no wifi in rooms and very limited in common areas, no air conditioning or bath as advertised. They didnt have our booking and was not expecting us. The powerpoints did not work so we had one powerpoint for a fan, lamp and charger for our ..."

"The owner double booked the property, so when we arrived with our young children, late at night, after a long day at Lake Nakuru, we had no where to stay. She tried to help us find new accommodations, but the suggestion was 30 minutes away and in the wrong direction. She did not issue a full refund. ..."
