Not alot of staff spoke english, mostly german/russian speaking. Evening entertainment was abit lacking, not much of a variety, but the overall stay was pleasant. "

"A classy place with excellent service, very suitable for families and anyone looking for relax, fun and to be in a classy resort. The reception has qualified and professional staff. The room is good and the sea view is wonderful. The food is varied, rich and of high quality, and the food service is provided 24 hours approx.The beach is very clean and the services are excellent. The staff in every section of the hotel strive to provide the best they have. There is an entertainment program every evening that creates an atmosphere of fun . I undoubtedly strongly recommend it to anyone who wants to relax and have fun with the family, or with his wife, girlfriend or friend... We are seriously thinking of coming back again with the children during the next summer vacation."

" Whilst checking in at the hotel I was informed that the hotel was closing in 2 days and that I would have to find alternative accommodation. I am unsure if Hotels.com had been made aware of this but I can say that I am very unhappy with the experience as the alternative hotel was inferior to my original choice, as a Platinum Member I would have to say that I have been let down."
