Located within walking distance to the popular Plaza District with its unique dining, live theatre and shopping opportunities, and to Oklahoma City University where sports, theatre and arts activities abound. Only 2.3 miles from Midtown and Downtown Oklahoma City, Paycom Center to watch the NBA OKC Thunder, the Oklahoma City Convention Center, award-winning Myriad Gardens, and Bricktown Entertainment District. It is an easy drive of only 2.6 miles from the Oklahoma State Fairgrounds and Arena that hosts year-round shows and events. Easy access within 7 miles, are the Oklahoma Cowboy Hall of Fame and Western Heritage Museum, OKC Zoo, Science Museum Oklahoma and Remington Park Racetrack and Casino.
The home is fully sanitized/disinfected between guests. All touch areas, both high touch and low touch areas are disinfected at each cleaning. Housekeepers use personal protective gear to protect both themselves and our guests. Fabrics/linens/towels are washed at the highest possible temperature and sanitizing detergents. Furniture is disinfected with spray disinfectants. We take cleanliness very seriously! We have always had this standard, because a family member is immunocompromised, so we have always had these practices.

Be your own Barista, enjoy the coffee bar, equipped with coffee maker, cappuccino maker, milk frother, and gourmet, freshly ground coffee with all the accompaniments. Classic furnishings and plush bedding invite you to just come in, relax, and feel at home. Prepare your families favorite meals in our fully-equipped kitchen or party on the private deck, equipped with two grills - your choice of gas-fired or charcoal-fired. Bring your precious pets, where they can enjoy their own vacation in the fenced, grassy garden/yard area. Don't let your family vacation be anything less than exceptional. Great News Years stay!
We had a great stay! The apartment was spacious and super clean. The hosts’ directions for checking in were clear and accurate, and they responded quickly to all correspondence. The location cannot be beat! The neighborhood is safe and just blocks away from great restaurants on the Plaza. We would definitely stay here again!

This house was in one of the best locations! We were in walking distance to all the fun places on 16th street! The house was cozy and the beds were AMAZING! We will definitely rent this house again!

True To Its Listing!!
Pictures don't do justice for this property, its amazing property and apartment! Apartment was beautiful and Very Appealing to the Eye, it was clean, sanitary and spacious, Loved that we were able to bring the dogs we had 4, small ones place was downtown by everything in close proximity. Wouldn't mind staying again if we travel that way, Host very responsive, 5 🌟

What a wonderful find! The history of the street and the house, combined with the warmth and charm of the owners made for a very comfortable stay. Everything I reached for was there — will stay there again every time we are in town.

What a cool place to stay in OKC! Booking and communication with the owner were seamless. Adorable apartment with a parking spot in a great neighborhood -- SO much better than what a hotel could offer. (and just a one-street walk away from the charming Plaza District) We loved our stay and hope to come back soon!

This little house is so cute and comfortable, and within 15 minutes of almost everything fun to do. There is fun dining and shopping within walking distance and the house itself is beautifully furnished and supplied with all you need. The coffee bar is awesome, and the deck and grill were perfect for some nice evening meals. The neighborhood is quiet and attractive, and the fenced yard was a big bonus for us and our dog. Overall, perfect!

Melody was an amazing hostess. From the fully stocked coffee bar to arranging late check out, there was nothing more we could has asked for. The unit is so well done. Excellent quality linens. Cute and comfy back deck for relaxing. We will definitely stay here again.

Fantastic place in neat old historic neighborhood
Loved staying in this neat apartment on Carey Place, a historic street in OKC. Was looking for something close to downtown and near shops and restaurants--this is it! Has everything you need--including a second floor deck with gas and charcoal grill plus a fenced in yard for animals. Walking distance to breakfast and other restaurants. Wifi and DirecTV work great. Super friendly and helpful hosts. Definitely stay here if you can!

A gift for our Christmas
Very nice, comfortable, historic property. Owners went all out on the small details, from coffee selection to printed history of the neighborhood to full-size Christmas tree(!). Easy walk to Lyric Theatre district; very pet friendly. Renters with mobility issues should be aware property is up a flight of narrow stairs. Otherwise absolutely perfect spot for our family holiday gathering. Thumbs up!

We have never stayed in an Airbnb before and were a little skeptical. As we drove up we were genuinely surprised at how nice the neighborhood and house was. Great house an area
We made a quick trip from Texas to OKC for a friends Bday weekend. This was the perfect little place for us. We were able to walk to breakfast and at night to a few of the clubs. Clubs were not busy for a Saturday night, but the weather was nice and the walk was great. The house was very quaint and very clean. It has a lot of the original fixtures and charm from its original build over 100 years ago. We would stay again if we return to OKC.

Tom and melody provided a wonderful experience during our stay!
The Harrington House has been beautifully rehabbed and appointed preserving the original character. Special attention has been given to all the little details--specialty coffee, teas, soft white towels, comfortable beds and linens. It was spotlessly clean. We were able to rest and relax or enjoy the tv, newly rehabbed deck, or walk a little more than a block to the plaza district to enjoy one of the unique and delicious Restaurants. We had a very memorable weekend!!

I live in OKC , but booked Harrington House for a girls’ getaway so my friend visiting from Kentucky and I could have a couple of “husband-free” nights. The apartment is wonderful! And exactly as represented in the listing. Tom and Melody lived here until they got “too many kids” (according to the house history) and their continued pride and love of the space is obvious throughout. My friend and I expect our stay-cation here will become a tradition. Thank you, Melody and Tom, for a fabulous experience!

Wonderful Experience
This was our first experience using Vrbo. The process of making our reservation was very easy. Pre-trip communications with Tom and Melody were very welcoming and helpful! Our first impression of the property when we walked in was “Wow!” It was beautiful and very nicely appointed! We had everything we needed to enjoy our stay and visit with our son, who lives in OKC. It was so nice that we spent more time here than at our son’s home. Having the outdoor deck and grills available were really nice! The neighborhood location was also extremely nice. There was very little traffic and lot of space for walking, both day and night. We always felt comfortable walking around in the neighborhood. Lots of other friendly walkers, as well. Our young dog really enjoyed the property, especially the low windows where she could watch all of the pedestrian action on the street and also enjoyed walking in the neighborhood with us. We had an amazing experience! Thank you, Tom and Melody! We will be back in the future!

Great location!!
Great location, comfortable beds, nice back patio. Couldn't get the coffee pot to work, very steep stairs, it's upstairs above their residence. The window unit in spare bedroom was noisy so I couldn't sleep. I tried sleeping on couch but it's only a settee and not comfy. , their dogs woke us up early when we wanted to sleep in from a long drive. Back of bathroom toilet was dirty and there was trash in the trash c an.
