This 100 year old duplex is located in OKC’s historic Lincoln Terrace neighborhood, directly across the street from the VA Hospital and 2 blocks from OU Med and Children’s Hospital.

Downtown OKC is just over a mile away, where you can enjoy Bricktown, Automobile Alley and Deep Deuce! So many great restaurants, bars and coffee shops. Inside the Airbnb will be a guide with all of our favorite spots in each area.

The property has a fully fenced side yard for those bringing their pets.
Quiet hours are between 9pm and 9am, no loud music during these times.

No guests outside of those on the booking.

No smoking or vaping inside or through an open door.

Do not use flushable/disposable wipes.

No pets on the beds or furniture.

Do not leave pets unattended if loud or destructive.

Great location, not the cleanest
This is a great location if you need to be close to OU Medical Center. Host was very responsive. My only complaint was the unit was not the cleanest. One of the beds had dirty sheets on it and just overall cleaniness was not great.

Charming house with easy downtown access
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house is updated while still maintaining its' historical integrity. The rooms were comfortable with the added bonus of the sound machines. The water was hot with good pressure for showers and rhere were plenty of clean towels. We also appreciated the fully stocked kuerig bar as well as the snack basket. Would absolutely stay again. towels.
