I love the face lift of the new District Hotel, the staff are very helpful, and let me know to contact them if I had any issues with the room. I was located right across from the Infamous Tramps, the music & busy scene was not a big issue, maybe a fridge to keep my sodas cold. It was a fun experience

Very old and dated hotel. Sheets dont fit the bed, which admittedly is the least of your worries. There is mold everywhere, fixtures are well beyond damaged, and the entire property is crumbling. Money is being invested into the structure on cheap amenities, rather than the necessities. The people were friendly, but the place is gross.

District hotel was a lovely stay. The hotel was cozy and the room was comfortable. There was some noise from the bar next door, nothing crazy, but some music played late into Saturday night. If this is a concern, consider requesting a room on the other side. We went to Sunday Gospel at the Boom the next day and it certainly was a religious experience 😇

I liked the remodeling. I didn't like that I made a mistake with reserving my time with you and you charged me for the night I didn't stay there. SO, I paid for two night when I was there only one. No way to change anything once it goes through. Very disappointed in this app.very frustrated with this situation
