Pet policy: only dogs are allowed on the property. Please notify us at the time of reservation and pay a pet fee of $45 per pet. A maximum of 2 pets is permitted.

Location: There are 3 units on this property. Unit C is on the right.

Parking: Please use the designated parking spot at the rear of the house, marked with a letter on the concrete. If you have multiple vehicles, please park on the street (3 blocks away, as you cannot park on NW 36th St). Do not park in any other spots.

Backyard: The backyard is available but not fully fenced or well-maintained.

Climate Control: The property features a central HVAC system managed by the owner, set at 70 degrees. For temperature adjustments, kindly reach out to us.

Laundry: The washer and dryer are available for bookings of 30 days or more.

Noise Potential: Please be considerate and lower your volume after 10:00 PM to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests. We have two other units on the property, so there is a possibility of noise disturbance.
