We asked for a noon checkout, and they said okay. Then the Mexican cleaner came banging at our door at 11:10 am and woke up my wife. She claimed that the front desk didn’t tell her about the late checkout. I went downstairs and the front desk said they had done so. Both blamed the other and neither accepted responsibility. Not good!

Felt like area was pretty safe, but did see a few homeless individuals walking around. Inside facility was clean, but could use a little updating.
