● Pet policy: only dogs are allowed on the property. Please notify us at the time of reservation and pay a pet fee of $55 per pet. A maximum of 2 pets is permitted.
● Location: There are 2 units on this property. Your unit is in the front.
● Parking: There is 1 parking spot available in the driveway in front of the house. Please park on the street for other cars (free of charge).
● Backyard: There is no backyard.
● Climate Control: The house has 2 mini-splits. Please do not set the temperature below 69 degrees in the summer or above 75 degrees in the winter, as the pipes may freeze and stop working.
● Laundry: Shared washer and dryer are available for bookings of 30 days or more.
● Noise potential: The unit is located in a quiet neighborhood, but there may be some noise from the street.
● The refrigerator and freezer doors are hung on the other side

Additional information: The neighbors often allow their dogs to roam unleashed despite our efforts with animal control. While infrequent, it may still occur. If this is a concern, we advise against making a reservation with us. Additionally, please note that our home is older and located in an old neighborhood and retains original elements like the flooring and kitchen is older. Please do not expect this to be a brand new property and high end amenity with full kitchen that you can cook and invite friends and family over. It's just a very affordable and budget for a short term stay.
