Inside temperature was 66 to 67. Staff seemed to be trying but management had provided NO link to any form of emergency maintenance. The staff themselves were very cold and wearing heavy winter clothing inside. The only staff member with any inititive was a lady named Zephyr.

I had multiple bookings, Their system cannot even cross reference them with the same name. The entire hotel was at 66 F. The staff seemed unable to fix it even though they tried. There is obviously no urgent maintenance system provided by management

The manager was rude as hell and very unpleasant and unprofessionally dressed, the whole experience was horrifying and she got upset and spoke to me as if I wasn't a paying customer because I complained about the linens and towels to be replaced and for a discount
