Property was safe, quiet, and good location. It served the purpose for our stay. It lacked some items you might find at other rentals like wine bottle openers and a hair dryer. The actual location is on the first floor which was great, but don't expect the view from up top that the listing showed in its pictures. Main bedroom bed was a queen, springy hard mattress with a pre-k plastic mattress cover that was obviously their to protect the mattress. It was loud, crackly, and made you sweat laying on it. The bedroom light just randomly came on in the middle of the night and would continue to come on after I turned it off several times. Ended up having to turn the switch off which stopped the fan as well. The guest bed is small and 12 inches off the floor and slept like a futon. Not a bad place, just wouldn't stay there again without improvements.
