Well suited for business trips and fun weekends.  All our equipment is well maintained. if there is an issue let us know and allow us the opportunity to correct it promptly.

   Fully furnished, designer-decorated converted Garage studio. The studio is fully equipped and stocked with toiletries, snacks, and drinks. Wi-fi and a stereo system are provided. The murphy bed can be raised to create more living space.
 
Guest access
           Contactless check-in! Eliminates the hassle of picking up a key. Keys can be duplicated. The unique code is provided to you only and erased after every stay.
 
Other things to note
           No TV in the apartment. Includes a queen-sized bed with a 5* Hotel quality mattress and linen and extra linen for the couch.
 
Ample front door parking is available.
 
Coin-op laundry in the basement.
 
Free use of 2 bikes to explore the city.
 
Stocked refrigerator and all cooking utensils and spices are provided to cook food at home and save money. Come and try.    Please check out the wall art in the back of the building.  Share your selfies for our collection with the mural.

-There is a strict no-smoking policy. Any smoking and that includes marijuana. We will impose an extra cleaning fee of $200, to professionally deodorize and clean all upholstery including bed, rugs, chairs, sofa.

-Our property should never be used for commercial purposes without advance permission.
