Car, Uber and Lyft are the easiest forms on transportation. You can park under the car port ( 1 dedicated spot) or on the street.
Pet policy: only dogs are allowed on the property. Please notify us at the time of reservation and pay a pet fee of $120 per pet. A maximum of 2 pets is permitted.
Location: It's a single house. The house features two stories and a subfloor, with stairs throughout. Guests need to walk up 7 steps to reach the house from the parking area.
Parking: You can park on the driveway ,accommodates parking for 5-6 cars,
Backyard: This property has backyard but doesn't have a gate. Backyard is not accessible for entertainment. There are some bags of leaves in the backyard that will be picked up on the scheduled big trash day.
Structure: The final step on the staircase is higher than the others due to the way the house was built, so we can't alter it. Please be mindful of this when ascending.
Climate Control: The unit is equipped with a central HVAC system. The default settings are 68 degrees in the summer and 72 degrees in the winter.
