"These apartments are of very high quality. It had all that was needed as travellers for a comfortable stay (and was the favourite of 13 different stays on the south island). The quality of sleep here was great and the furnishings were of high quality throughout. Bonus points for the heated floors in the bathroom."

"The only reason I am marking this down is because there was a grand total of the kitchen. There were no sponges, tea towels or dishwashing supplies. There wasn't a full set of cooking equipment so it was difficult to cook for a group. The plates, glassware, mugs and cutlery etc. were cheap and unmatched. "The property was lovely and the lady running the establishment was very nice. They came frequently to clean, swap out towels for clean ones, and empty the trash. It was an easy stay, in a lovely apartment. "

"Lovely restored building with very high ceilings and spacious. Great location to walk to restaurants, craft breweries and town. The traffic noise was more than expected so it’s worth bringing ear plugs to avoid being woken through the night. "The bedrooms were roomy and comfortable but the bathroom situation is strange and not very private. The kitchen is poorly equipped. The building stairwell is smelly and dirty. Be prepared for 3 flights up a narrow stairwell -- no elevator."

"Good location for amenities and various sites in the city. Property manager, Simon was excellent. Really liked the independent dryer in addition to the washer unit. The main living area was a bit small and could benefit with some extra seating like a small armchair. Generally enjoyed our stay. "
