I had a good experience previously with this property. But this time the front desk person when I checked in was very unfriendly and I felt like I was a bother. My room was ok, but the tv would not turn off (property turns the tv on when you check in). I went to the desk and was told maintenance would be there in the morning. Which, as you can imagine, is not very convenient when you will need to sleep. So the choice was either a new room or remote (neither was offered in a pleasant manner). The new remote also did not work, and I ended up needing to change rooms. I was also informed they were not busy enough to open the restaurant so I would need to find other options.
Overall it was an ok stay once I was in the new room. A soap dish would have been a nice touch in the bathroom so the soap wasn’t laying on the sink, and you can definitely see where the dirty mop water was left on the bathroom floor. Overall, it was still an ok stay and hoping next time I need to stay there feels more like my first stay.
