They went above and beyond to help me whenever I had questions. The hotel also comes with an excellent restaurant. Their lunch and desserts are great. If I come back to Kochi, I will stay here again. "Simple and affordable business hotel. The rooms are a bit small but that is typical of japanese hotels. Check in was smooth and staff were very helpful. It may be challenging to communicate if you do not know Japanese though. "

"As with other JR hotel, this is right by the train station so it is very convenient. Hotel is efficient and very functional. We had breakfast included and one choose the breakfast choices from the menu in the restaurant. The breakfast is teishoku with options of the local delight Bonito tataki! very sumptuous breakfast."

"Good location for shopping, and sightseeing, 30 minutes to the airport, but check-out time is 1000am. Not so convenient for tourists but businessman"

"Location is a bit far from the central station but extremely easy to reach using the local tram cars. Beds are simple, clean, and comfortable. Laundry machines are available and cheaper than at other places I've stayed. Free breakfast and dinner are a nice perk. Staff are incredibly friendly and can speak English as well. This was a very nice experience and I will definitely stay here again if I have the chance to return to Kochi."
