"This is such a cute little cottage. It was very clean and comfortable...a perfect place to come "home" to in the evenings to rest and hang out after hiking in the North Cascades for the day. It has a full kitchen, which is important to us since we prefer to cook our own meals. The cottage is on the owner's property so her house is nearby. "Our room was just like the picture. We had lots of room and the bed was comfy. The shower head was rather low; I am 5’4 and it was at forehead level for me. The little balcony would be nice in the summer, but oddly enough we didn’t use it in 24 degree weather. It’s not far from town but it isn’t safe to walk on highway 20 so we drove in. Overall it was a nice stay. It is rustic, to go with the town’s theme, but we had everything we needed. "

"Very serene, beautiful setting. Just didn't work well for me not to have running water. For the rather high price of lodging, I wanted a little bit of luxury. Would be perfect for someone who prefers accommodations that are a bit more rustic. "

"We chose a cabin. It was private and quiet. The kitchen was adequately stocked. It was also clean. The only thing that could have been better was the breakfast. The options were very limited as if it hadn’t been restocked. "
