"We had a 2 night stay so we didn’t spend a lot of time in the villa. Overall it’s a nice villa. I don’t care for carpet but I did know that ahead of time. We couldn’t get the lights over the vanity to work in the bathroom and some confusing information on where to leave the garbage. And yes it is a hassle trying to get the towels and sheets washed before the 10am check out time. We rented this villa due to its close proximity to the square."

"This home is clean and well equipped. The kitchen has everything needed to prepare meals. The location is perfect! Very close to two recreation centers, Brownwood, and a Publix. The neighborhood is quiet and we felt safe there. The golf car is in excellent condition and was full of fuel ready to go. It’s obvious that the owners take pride in maintaining their properties "
