"The property is okay. It is advertised with "fast Wi-Fi connection" but we can't even use the WiFi when we were staying there. We booked the place cause it was the hotel nearest to the place we are visiting and it we need the fast internet connection. "Actually the guest who is going to occupy the room due to unsafe are due to self parking which is too hard to find one, the places for leisure places mentioned didn’t exist. He dislike the place and asked for refund on Dec. 10th which more than 24 hrs since the reservation is until the 12th."

"I booked 10 days hotel stay, confirmed by hotels.com app, paid the first 5 days and rhe next 5 days was "pay at the hotel" scheme, but hotel cancelled my 2nd 4 days because they have to prioritizesome guests who extended their stay.
