"Shared room with twin beds and a shower between 2. Strange that the tap had no extendable handle, making it awkward to shower. Thick linen suitable for the cold. Breakfast provided, bread, jam and cheese. Wifi signal was good but I think it was turned off early in the morning. Ilgar is very helpful prepared to offer suggestions on things to do. Hotel is close to old town karvansaray but it is uphill. Location is accurate on the maps, but not obviously sign posted."

"The review reflects the attitude of the hotel towards its guests but partly also warns you about the unethical practices of hotel.com. We are a family of four including a 10 month old baby and 3 year old. We booked a two nights stay at this hotel and paid in full well before getting there.
