"We were thrilled upon arrival with this property. Very close to the beach, meticulously maintained with a beautiful bright and cheery interior. The living area was comfy and cozy. The kitchen lacked for nothing and the bedrooms were spacious with bed linens that were fresh and clean. We really enjoyed the deck off the kitchen for morning coffee and watching the ocean waves. "I planned an escape for my girlfriend and I away from the bustle of our work for Valentine’s Day. A lovely drive north brought us to the coziest of suites, complete with fireplace, water views and a tasty apple crumb loaf to start our stay. The place was immaculate; everything accommodating to relax and enjoy each other’s company. We were not only able to enjoy Portsmouth, just a short drive away, but returned each night to a relaxing room, lighting a fire and letting out stresses dissolve....

"You could tell how new this property was with every detail in the home and the cleanliness! Also host thought of leaving many helpful things that we didn’t need to bring (all bedding, bath towels, beach towels, wagon, nice beach chairs). Our group of five (four adults and a 4 year old) had a great stay and had plenty of room to spread out. Hope to return again in the future! "

"Pros- Beautiful, quiet home, close to shopping and dining options. The property manager/team maintained communication leading up and throughout the stay. Cons- No shovel on the property made it hard to get out the day a snow storm came in. Having to do laundry for the property, I'm pretty sure I was charged a cleaning/maintaining/housekeeping fee, only to be made to do the work myself."

"My husband and I stay here and we had our 2 dogs with us too. The house was cozy, clean, and a fenced in backyard was perfect. It is local to anywhere in Portsmouth you want to go too. The neighborhood was quiet and walkable. We had a fantastic time and the house was exactly as advertised. We would definitely stay again. And the owner was very quick to respond to any question I had and was so helpful. Shout out to Chris!!"
