This condo is the perfect spot to enjoy the Maine experience. Steps away from shops, galleries, restaurants. Please no pets, no smoking. Not suitable for children. Guests also have use of common lower deck which includes patio tables/chairs for your quiet enjoyment. No parties please!

Wonderful, central location in quiet area. Beautiful view of the beach and tidal watching is fantastic. Hosts were more than accessible and accommodating. Will definitely come back to exactly this spot.

Loved this location and place - perfect as far as I am concerned. Also really made it nice to have nice management to deal with, flexible and they care about their guests having a positive experience. We cannot wait to visit and stay at this location again.

Excellent place to stay
Beautiful view looking over the ocean and beach. Centralized location for all that is happening in Ogunquit. Front Porch and the Crew are both right up the street with great entertainment at night. Many shops and restaurants within walking distance and beach is a 5 minute walk.

Flawless in Ogunquit
This property was just perfect. The location allowed us to walk to everything and the views from the sweet little balcony were fantastic. The unit was spotlessly clean and owners were kind to check in on us to ensure all of our needs were met. It was the ideal spot for a long weekend getaway in October. We will definitely be back!

Perfect property!
Location is perfect! Short walk to several restaurants, shops and beach. Unit was very clean and had everything we needed. Owners are local and kindly met us there when we arrived to see if we had any questions about the unit or the area and cheerfully sent us off at the end of our stay. We will be back!

So wonderful to have an outside balcony to sit and enjoy the views of open ocean and tidal river. Everything within walking distance. Fine restaurants and fun outdoor dining ad well as inside dining. One week before our trip we received an email explaining our check in and welcoming us. When we arrived, everything was as expected and more! We received a call from one of the owners to make sure we had everything we needed. The apartment was super clean. Beautiful view of the water. Easy access to shops, restaurants, beach. Will definitely stay here again in the future.

My now wife and I stayed here on our honeymoon recently. It exceeded all of our expectations. It is in the most ideal spot in town, walking distance to everything. The sunrises off of the balcony were unbelievable and worth waking up early for. The place itself was clean, cozy and inviting. We never wanted to leave! Our hosts were amazing and very easy to reach when we had questions regarding check in/check out. We would recommend this place to anyone and will 100% be making this a regular trip!

Enjoyable Long Weekend
This is a small place but OK for a couple. Bathroom was tight but adequate. Be aware that the kitchenette is quite small with no cooktop or oven, although the fridge is pretty large. Only slight hiccup was at checking in where we followed the instructions to get the key under the mat--but there was no key. We then spent 5 minutes trying to find the key, as well as trying to locate a way to call the host--before randomly trying the door and it was already unlocked. Otherwise everything was as noted in the listing. Terrific location just steps from the beach and the town.

Location could not be better. Nicely decorated unit, very clean and beachy. Contact always responded within hours. One minor surprise was on check in the door was unlocked and the TV on which temporarily made us wonder if we entered the correct unit. We had a laugh over it. Another minor thing was that I thought they had beach chairs and umbrellas available for use, which they do not. That may have been my mistake. It was beautiful and comfortable. I highly recommend!!!

Our room was exactly as we expected. Clean and fully furnished with more than enough towels and toiletries. Amazingly spacious and comfortable. Beautiful sliding doors with balcony facing the Ogunquit River and the beach. Within walking distance of town and Perkins Cove. Fabulous view! We used to frequently stay at this place years ago when it was an inn. The room we stayed in was the same room we used to rebook every year, except much bigger. It brought back lots of wonderful memories. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you so much for a wonderful time!

Perfection!
This was the best location! Close to Town and practically beachfront. We parked our car in our space upon arrival and didn’t use it again until our departure, as absolutely everything was within walking distance,Very clean and the perfect size for a couple. You can hear the ocean waves from the unit. The owner was kind enough to let us know that the unit was ready early, and so nice to mail us all of the clothes that my husband had left in the closet when we left! (A million thank yous, Paul).we will definitely plan a return trip!
