Clean & well maintained w/ eat-in kitchenette, fridge, microwave, Keurig, sun deck w/ ocean view, 1 parking spot, 2 televisions w/ ROKU TV, free WiFi + 2 air conditioners/heat pumps. Very short walk to main beach, restaurants & shops. No pets, no smoking + no children under 12. Common area includes patio tables + chairs. Reasonably quiet guests appreciated. No parties please. The condo is centrally-located, is well-appointed and has everything you need. Small deck, super comfy bed, Roku tv and spectacular views of the ocean!! Will definitely stay here again in the future!

Great Beach Condo ON the water!
We loved our stay in Ogunquit. This property is away from the village and looks out on the inlet...just perfect. Had all we needed for our stay.

Great place to stay!
This is our second visit to one of my favorite places! It is a comfortable place to stay for 2 people and has beautiful views of the river tides and ocean. We enjoyed watching the tides change from the deck. The beach,restaurants and marginal way are all in walking distance. We hope to be back next year!

This is a wonderful property with an amazing location. Walking distance to the beach and town and the views from the balcony were fabulous. Andy is a very responsive and helpful host! Hope to be back next year.

This unit is lovely with a great view. Immaculate condition and easy to get to everything! Beach, restaurants, shops. At the end of Marginal Way. Park the car and forget it while you are here. Hope to come back here soon and stay in this perfect location

The get away
We needed a few days away. Nice spot to unwind! Being near the ocean is always a plus! There is no shortage of restaurants in the area. Hated to leave but hope to do it again soon!

Best place to stay in Ogunquit
The property accurately reflects the listing. We were there for the week of July 4th and had a front row seat to the fireworks from our balcony. The location is perfect; almost equidistant from the beach, downtown and the entrance to marginal way.

Best view
Just left our car and walked to all the restaurants, shops and the beach was a minute walk across the bridge. It was wonderful to sit on the balcony and watch the tide flow in and out.

This is our second stay at this unit and it was the best. We love the location, it's great to have view of beach and just be a few minutes walk into town. Everything is welcoming at the unit. One of my new favorite places! It is a very clean and comfortable place to stay with beautiful views of the river tides and ocean. We enjoyed watching the tides from the deck and the quick walks to the beach,restaurants and marginal way. Really nice location. We hope to be back next year!

A Little Piece of Paradise
Ongunquit is an adorable quaint little town with awesome restaurants. This property was right on the water and immaculately clean and lovely. We will definitely be back again. We met Adam on the way in and he was personable and very welcoming.

Haven in Ogunquit!
This condo unit was clean and meticulously maintained. The sunrises from the deck were spectacular! The location couldn't be beat; walking distance to the beach and downtown area. Andy, the host of this property, answered all my questions in a very timely manner and was very accommodating. I would definitely not hesitate to rent again in the future!
