Clean & well maintained w/ eat-in kitchenette, fridge, microwave, Keurig, sun deck w/ ocean view, 1 parking spot, 2 televisions w/ ROKU TV, free WiFi + 2 air conditioners/heat pumps. Very short walk to main beach, restaurants & shops. No pets, no smoking + no children under 12. Common area includes patio tables + chairs. Reasonably quiet guests appreciated. No parties please. This was our second stay at this property. The unit is extremely clean and modern equipped with the basic necessities you would expect. The location cannot be beat- short walk to town, short walk to the beach and the perfect deck to sit and watch the tide roll in and out!

Fantastic Location
We came to ogunquit for a family wedding. This condo is perfectly located and within walking distance to the beach marginal way, and dining. The condo was well equipped and comfortable and very clean. We would recommend this property to anyone looking for a beach vacation.

Great place to stay!
This is our second visit to one of my favorite places! It is a comfortable place to stay for 2 people and has beautiful views of the river tides and ocean. We enjoyed watching the tides change from the deck. The beach,restaurants and marginal way are all in walking distance. We hope to be back next year!

Beautiful small two room unit overlooking Ogunquit tidal river and sea beyond. Magical evening and sunrise views and nicely appointed interior. Host Andy is quite responsive and helpful. We will return!
