We stayed with our two young children and it was very difficult. I had seen pictures with tubs, however, the rooms have all been recently updated to have single person stand-up showers, which made bathing the toddler and baby very hard. The room was pretty small and we felt like we were all tripping over each other the whole time, especially in the bathrrom. The room was overall ok, the floor felt dirty but nothing too bad considering it is by the ocean. Check out was at 11 am and we were running about 10 minutes late (hurrying as fast as we could with two young children!) and the front desk called at 11:01am to "remind" us that check out was at 11 -- we weren't too happy about that and it felt very rude on their part.
All of that aside, the location is perfect if you are looking to enjoy Ogunquit Beach and downtown Ogunquit. We were able to walk everywhere, which has awesome. I would stay again, but probably not with the children.
