"Couldn't check in following the check in instruction, the door was locked when it was not supposed to. Emailed and chat multiple times with no response and the Expedia agent was absolutely useless. I eventually asked a nice Japanese gentleman for help in calling the hosts local number directly, and he came and unlocked the door for me. We were stranded outside for 1 hour with 3 kids. "

"すぐ前が海で、朝日を見ることができました。部屋は普通のアパート。充分広いし、お風呂につかることもできます。洗濯機があり、洗剤も置いてくれているのが嬉しいです。（ただ、洗濯槽洗浄が必要かも）台所にはやかん、コンロ、電子レンジ、スプーンやお皿などがあり、食器用洗剤とスポンジもありました。"

No codes to the door were provided prior to our arrival. This was at 7:30pm. "The hotel is great for families and long stays because of all of the amenities, the central location of the hotel, and the awesome staff. It was our first time in Okinawa and we stayed for two weeks. The friendliness of the hotel staff and having a suite with a washer/dryer, refrigerator, stove, and oven made staying there like a home. Although, we didn’t cook much because the food options were great, especially with food trucks there in the evening and restaurants nearby. The curry food truck was my favorite and their keema curry was delicious! We had a rental car and driving to destinations both north and south of the hotel was easy and convenient, especially using the expressway. Also, the infinity pool was nice to relax in after a day of sightseeing and snorkeling. "

"My husband and I came here to conclude our trip around Japan. Our goal was to relax and enjoy! This was an excellent hotel with helpful staff, wonderful amenities, and comfortable rooms. We never needed to leave! I will warn, it is far from the center of Okinawa so be warned you’ll be far from activities."

"Beautiful hotel with beautiful views. They have a car rental in the hotel and it was more easy to get around. They also offer a free shuttle to the airport which requires reservation and the bus driver is a G !! For driving such tiny streets… tattoos are not welcomed by the way. Breakfast buffet was so good! "
