Apartment with private entrance and terrace for exclusive use, in the living room you will find a 1/2 square sofa bed, a comfortable armchair. The French window that overlooks the long balcony has a wonderful view of Lake Maggiore. In the well-equipped kitchen with oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle and fridge, you will find a comfortable table for five people, and you can enjoy a beautiful view of the lake from the long balcony where there are two breakfast tables, two double bedrooms and a bathroom with tub / shower. the apartment allows direct access to the laundry room. A 40m pedestrian walkway with steps divides the house from the parking lot. access to the beach is 60 meters away from the apartment

Schöne Fewo, wenn auch etwas abgelegen
Wohnung war wie beschrieben, einfach toll. Vermieter reagieren auf alle Anliegen superschnell. Was man beachten sollte, ist die etwas abgeschiedene Lage. Im Ort selber ist nicht viel. Man muss also immer erstmal ein Stück mit dem Auto fahren. Die Hauptstraße direkt vor dem Haus ist schon permanent zu hören, aber uns hat es nicht weiter gestört. Fazit: empfehlenswert.

Ein sehr guter Ausgangspunkt für die Erkundung in näherer Umgebung. Leider hat das Wetter nicht mitgespielt. Ein schöner Ort zum relaxen.

Très bonne location
L'appartement est très bien situé, avec vue sur le lac Majeur. Alessandro et Dionisia sont à l'écoute et communiquent très facilement en français. Nous recommandons sans réserve cette annonce.

Eine schöne Wohnung mit tollem Seeblick
Die Wohnung liegt oberhalb des Lago Maggiore und sie ist nur durch etwas steile Treppen zu erreichen. Sie war sehr sauber und bei allen Problemen war der Kontakt zum Vermieter schnell da und uns konnte immer geholfen werden! Die Betten waren sehr bequem. Schade war nur, dass es kein deutsches TV gab ( nur ARTE, dieses Programm wechselt aber immer wieder ins französische Programm). Laut Internet hat der Ort eine Pizzeria, was aber nicht stimmt bzw. sie schon geschlossen ist ( wir waren im Oktober da). Dennoch hat die Wohnung die perfekte Lage für Ausflüge rund um den See!

Sehr schön. Fantastischer Blick vom Balkon und von der Terrasse der Casa terrazza. Appartement super ausgestattet. Sehr freundliche Vermieter. Das einzige unangenehme war der Straßenlärm der Nationalstraße.

Schöne Ferienwohnung mit tollem Blick
Wir hatten eine schöne Woche in Resiga. Die Ferienwohnung war sehr schön und sauber. Es war alles vorhanden. Das einzige Manko war doch der Straßenlärm wenn man auf dem schönen Balkon saß. Im Schlafzimmer war er aber nicht so doll zu hören.

Sehr schöne saubere Wohnung
Die Wohnung hat alles was man braucht. Toller Ausblick auf den See. Mit dem Auto ist man schnell bei mehreren schönen Strände. Der Strand am Haus ist nicht wirklich einer. Wir können die Wohnung nur weiterempfehlen. Der Vermieter war immer sehr schnell zu erreichen.

Tolle Lage mit Seeblick
Wohnung liegt toll über dem See, im Oktober störte die nahe Straße uns nicht. Man hat aus Wohnzimmer und Küche und vom Balkon einen atemberaubenden Seeblick. Lage ist gut für Ausflüge am See und in die Berge. Matratzen sind ausgesprochen gut im Vergleich zu vielen anderen Ferienwohnungen. Tolle Pizza gibt’s in 50 m Entfernung. Empfehlenswert!

Die Wohnung war sehr ordentlich und genau wie beschrieben. Besonnter haben wir den Ausblick genossen. Auch das man nur kurz die Treppe runter muss um dann am Strand zu sein war ideal wenn man eine Badetag einlegen will oder auch nur mal kurz ne Runde schwimmen will.

Fewo in guter Lage
Die Beschreibung der Wohnung stimmte sehr gut. Der Naturstrand ist so nah, dass wir morgens oder abends sehr oft für ein kurzes Bad im See hinübergelaufen sind. Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und hat im Vorfeld noch einige Tipps für uns. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden die Fewo wieder buchen. Danke für einen schönen Aufenthalt.

Mooi appartement met fraai uitzicht op Laga Maagiore
Het huis is mooi. Echter de entree naar het huis verloopt via 76 treden. Voor oudere mensen is de bereikbaarheid ervan slecht te noemen. Ook het meenemen van de bagage naar boven is een uitdaging. Het huis ligt aan een drukke doorgaande weg en je hoort het geluid ervan erg goed. Het strand dat je via de grote weg kunt bereiken is mooi en je kunt vandaar uit lekker in het meer zwemmen.

Sehr schöner Ausblick auf den See. Der Ausblick hat aber seinen Preis. Das Gepäck muss eine lange Treppe hinauf- und später wieder hinuntergetragen werden. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet mit einer guten Aufteilung. Das einzige was stört ist der Lärm von der Hauptstraße die zu nahe am Haus vorbeiführt.

Fantastische See- und Bergsicht
Ein absolut empfehlenswertes Objekt. Die Wohnung ist bestens ausgestattet und modern eingerichtet, die Vermieter sind freundlich und hilfsbereit, die großartige Sicht auf den See und das Ostufer sowohl vom Wohnzimmer, wie aus der Küche und natürlich den 2 Balkonen kann einen vertrösten, wenn das Wetter nicht so gut ist. Dass die Wohnung nahe der sehr befahrenen strada statale liegt, kann man vermuten, wenn man sich im Netz über die genaue Lage informiert.

Heel mooi gebied met geweldig uitzicht over het Lage Maggiore. Dat is iedere morgen weer mooi om mee wakker te worden.

Schöne Wohnung mit wunderschönem Blick
Die Wohnung ist sauber und sehr schön eingerichtet. Super Lage mit tollem Blick auf den See! Allerdings ist die Wohnung sehr klein für 5 Personen und das Haus ist sehr hellhörig. Daher hört die Wohnung drunter sehr viel auch wenn man nicht laut ist. Wir hatten eine super Zeit hier und der Vermieter war super nett und freundlich

Schon allein wegen des Seeblicks ist die Ferienwohnung genial. Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist super. Der Kontakt mit den Vermietern ist unkompliziert und nett. Einzig die Straße, die unten vorbeiführt, stört etwas den Gesamteindruck.

Vorteile: - freundliche und hilfsbereite Vermieter - Top ausgestattete & moderne Wohnung - Wunderbare Aussicht über den Lago - Südliche Ausrichtung = viel direkte Sonne - Gute Anbindung an Nachbarorte - Sehr gutes Restaurant um die Ecke Nachteile: - Laute Hauptstraße direkt vor der Tür - Laute Nachbarn (Gartenarbeiten, Partys, etc) - Sehr kleiner Parkplatz (nur für Kleinwagen geeignet) - Man muss alles mit Auto erledigen (keine Gehwege) - Viele Mücken, Spinnen und Eidechsen

Beautiful sunrise from the terrace.
Easy to find, clean and comfortable. Get good exercise climbing steps from street. Well equipped but I suggest an electric kettle. Welcoming bottle of wine! Thanks, Alessandro!
