"I stayed at this property 1.5 years ago and it was nice, so I booked again. Unfortunately this time I was deeply disappointed. I arrived on a Sunday at 11:40 am and nobody was at the reception, with a notice on the door that reception is closed from 12 to 3. The cleaning lady seemed unable to help with opening the luggage storage.
