"Host Shannon was very friendly and helpful and quick to respond to messages when we had questions. She came right over when he had an issue with the lock. The little house had everything we needed and was very clean. We were able to adjust the temp for our comfort. The place had a neat little yard for us to take our dog out. We would book again if we are ever in the Kingston area! Thanks Shannon for being a wonderful host! "

"Great host and very responsive. Overall the house was acceptable although smaller than what we expected for 4 people. The only bathroom although spacious is upstairs. Double and queen beds are both comfortable. Although the house has been renovated it shows its age with its squeaky floors. Kitchen well equipped, has wine glasses and a bonus wine bottle from the owners. "

House is in a great family neighborhood about 15 minutes outside the city center. We only rented one car and my son was using it a lot of the time. "What a great little three bedroom place! It had everything we needed to have a completely care-free stay, and we appreciated the owner fixing two little things within hours of our mentioning them. We had space, a great kitchen, and were able to entertain the other members of our group. It was a blessing!"

"We arrived to find that our “luxurious cottage” was a cabin in a trailer park, trail of dog poop brought us to the door. We don’t mind rustic but moldy coffee left in the maker and someone’s soap in the shower was just the start. I paid for it and slept on the couch cushions on the floor. We made the best of it for our friends birthday but no privacy, no wifi and didn’t even get the cottage in the picture was enough for me. View was nice tho. "

"Had a good two days stay in late November. Was able to haul my boat up and park in the driveway. Made it out on the bay fishing - always nice this late in the season. The house was a nice place to relax between fishing adventures. I love the view of the bay out the front porch windows. The gas fireplace in the kitchen was great to dry out my fishing clothes after a prolonged rain"

"This was a last minute booking for us. Mark was very easy to talk to and I appreciated the quick response to my questions. The beds are doubles so a bit small as we are tall people, but they were comfortable, new and clean. The rooms are all a good size. The sofa is a love-seat , and again for tall people it was small but cozy and we watched a movie and enjoyed our evening.
