We had the best time visiting Lake Weir. The house suited our family perfectly and had so many amenities. We loved the paddle board, kayak, and relaxing in the hammock. Definitely will want to come back!

Beautiful Spot on the Lake
We love coming to Lake Weir and this home did not disappoint. Beautiful sandy beach! The home had everything we needed and had plenty of room for the family to spread out. Would def recommend.

Amazing Sunrise and Sunsets!
Enjoyed our visit, spent most of our time hanging out with family and friends and enjoying the lake and the views. From -15 in Chicago to 75 degrees was a bonus. The owners were helpful and friendly!

What a wonderful homelike place. Whitney and Joe were wonderful hosts and very accommodating. I really hated to leave. The grandchildren (all boys) loved the closeness of the lake to the house and all the amenities available. We will definitely book again.

Perfect stay with GREAT views and a cozy feel!
We had a family of 10 stay for a week and couldn't have asked for a better place. The owners Whitney and Joe were super friendly and accommodating. The home was very cozy and we loved the large kitchen. The back porch was our favorite spot to sit and eat. The white beach with lots of space, and very well kept. We loved taking our boat to Eaton's beach and Gator Joe's. We can't wait to come back again!!

Great Lake house!
Beautiful home with plenty of room and comfortable beds. Big screened in back porch is just steps away from the beautiful sandy beach on gorgeous Lake Weir! Joe and Whitney were very kind, helpful, and friendly. The house has everything you need. Our family had a fantastic, relaxing week and hated to leave. We can’t wait to come back again!

Plenty of family fun!
We stayed for a week with 5 adults and 6 children, and we had plenty of space; the owners even brought over additional dining room seating as we were checking in. The screened porch was wonderful, and we even had room to host dinner for some other family members who were visiting the area for the same event. Our little ones loved the beach, and the teens loved the volleyball net and the paddle boat. We hope to stay again when the opportunity arises.

Our favorite vacation 3 years running
As always, our family loved spending time at your beautiful lake home. This is our 3rd summer in a row coming here. The house is spacious and has all the amenities for cooking and 2 very good restaurants on the lake that we love taking the boat to and enjoying a good meal or just having an appetizer and drink. AMAZING!
This home was absolutely beautiful to stay in. Although we stayed outside most of the time on the beautiful beach and in the large screened porch, the house was great as well. Plenty of space for a family to enjoy. We did not even leave the property; with plenty to do right there on the beach; our family went on the kayak, stand up board and fished from the peddle boat, caught 30! We were very happy with our selection of this home! The sunset will not disappoint. Owners were pleasure to meet and immediately available. This is a must visit again longer next time home!

So cute!
We celebrated my husbands 40th birthday here. It was a perfect getaway for family and friends. Joe lives next door and was more than kind. My husband can’t wait to come back. We brought our boat, a floating island for the kids to play on, and the house had a paddle boat, Kayak, and paddle boat to use. The boat launch was 2-3 miles down the road.

Family Lake Trip
The lake house accommodated our family well. Everyone had their own space and the back porch and yard is where we spent most of our time. The sandy beach area was shallow and good for young kids and pets to play. We enjoyed cooking our meals in the kitchen and grilling outside. I would recommend bringing propane if you plan to use the grill and we did have to clean it before use. There is a nearby Publix to purchase any groceries or necessities and two lake front restaurants, which were both very good.

Accommodating & Relaxing
This was our 2nd summer staying here and have already scheduled our 2024 vaca. We spent most of our time enjoying lake activities, playing cards/games on the screen porch while watching the sunsets. Our family of 11 fit comfortably throughout the house and plenty of room in the kitchen for cooking meals. Kitchen is stocked with all the pots, pans, utensils you will need. Loved that there is a washer and dryer! Joe & Whitney are very responsive, if needed!

Another Fantastic Week on Lake Weir!
This was our second year booking this house and taking our Grandkids (and great-grands) for time at the Lake. It is so wonderful for all ages! We launched our boat nearby no problem and kept it anchored in 2 ft water the whole time with no issues. The older kids loved paddling over to Gator Joes and tubing.The younger one loved the beach and the clear shallow water. The porch was the perfect gathering place for mornings and after sundown. The umbrella for the table in the water was great sun relief after a couple of days. Thanks Joe & Whitney for the stay. We are already planning our 2024 Lake trip!

Great Experience!
We had a party of 7 and had a great time. We brought so much stuff with us and never used it because the house/property has everything you'll need. Joe and Whitney are right next door to answer any questions or fix any problems that may encounter. There is no dock but we just anchored off shore in a couple feet of water and was able to come and go easily in the boat. You'll find nicer houses out there for rent but this one worked out well and is all you need for a vacation rental and you can't beat the price.
