I have absolutely nothing bad to say about my stay here. If you are debating yourself about staying at this property stop doing it & just book this property. Gorgeous views, property was cleaned and well maintained. I didn’t need the host for anything but I do feel like if I did need her it would have been easy to contact her. They came in & changed sheets and towels & straightened up in the middle of our stay. I was so comfortable there & it really felt like home. Highly recommend!!!

Great Stay
We had a lovely time staying at Belinda's very clean and welcoming. Hearing the ocean at night was the best part. I would recommend to stay at Belinda's for some good quality time with your spouse.

The view was stunning. It is spacious and the grounds are clean and safe. Plenty of parking for the rental car but everything is within walking distance so a car isn’t necessary. The checkin and checkout was easy and convenient. We would definitely stay here again and recommend.

I stayed for one week with my girlfriend. It was amazing. 3mins drive from the heart of the town (10-15mins walk). And everything was as listed. Definitely plan on staying there again on my next visit

Great water view
Walking in first thing that caught my eye was the balcony with the beautiful water view. Spent most mornings outside drinking coffee before getting my day started. The place is nicely cleaned and maintained everything was functional no major issues while there but when I needed to reach out to Belinda she was attentive and quick to respond. I will definitely return back and recommend this place

The view, the view, the view!
My mother and I had a great time at Carib. Belinda was great and even showed us a local place with fantastic authentic Jamaican flavors. Carmen also helped us locate certain places and told us about jamaican culture.What we found most appealing was the amazing view from the balcony and the sound of the sea heard throughout the apartment. Sitting on the balcony at sunset with food, a cocktail, and looking out unto the sea is something we'll never forget. We will be back!

Amazing!!!!
I would recommend staying here to anyone!!! I have traveled quite a bit in my life and have stayed in many wonderful places, but this is one of my favorites places of all! The condo is absolutely beautiful and very comfortable and felt like home. Some of our favorite moments were spent on the veranda in the morning for breakfast and enjoying the breezes at night. The condo is walking distance from great restaurants, shopping etc. and puts you right in the heart of the best Ocho Rios has to offer. The beach is very close by and is one of my favorite beaches I have ever seen is great for couple and/or families. This is the perfect place to stay if you are looking for an amazing Jamaican vacation experience. Can't wait to go back!

Paradise on earth.
This wonderful apartment with a view from the balcony to the Caribean Ocean, was our home for 3 weeks. We enjoyed the Beach - Mahogany beach - where we almost every day was laying under the almond tree. The beach was 4 minutes walk from the apartment. The centre - clocktower - of the city was about 20 minutes walk from the apartment, and here we can recomend HiLo supermarket and General Food. The owner of the apartment Belinda is a very sweet and kind lady, she is very friendly and helpful. The cleaninglady Carmen is very friendly and helpful too. We can recomend Miss T´s Kitchen if you want real jamaican food. The Almond Tree is also a very good restaurant and it is quite near the apartment. If you need a friendly and reliable cabdriver, we can recomend Dennis Miller 876-881-4545. Enjoy your stay at this lovely place. Hanne and Henrik

One of the best hosts I've ever had! Great property in fantastic location
Belinda went over the top as far as hosts go and I couldn't be any happier. She immediately responded to all of my frequent questions, advise requests, and concerns and took care of them immediately. The apartment is wonderful. Bed is a bit firm but still very comfortable and well equipped. AC runs COLD and will keep you more than comfortable. The kitchen is decently well equipped and is fine for two people. Mahogany beach is right nearby and is very nice when it's not busy. One day a tour bus full of tourists came and really overwhelmed the beach but on all the other days it was perfect. We loved Ocho Rios! There was no trouble walking around during the day and we even felt comfortable making a few excursions at night to the local establishments. Soldier's restaurant had one of the best lunches around for $10 a person. We took Joe Cool Taxi roundtrip from the Sangster Airport (Montego bay) and it was quite cheap and very professional. Overall we were very happy with our stay! One thing to note is this is a tropical climate and we did encounter a few "guests" (cockroaches) in the condo. Belinda assured us they will be taking care of that asap. That would knock it down to four stars at least but Belinda's service more than made up for it.

Little piece of heaven in the Caribbean!
We booked this accommodation based on the great recommendation of previous guests who raved about the snorkeling. They were correct! And they left great instructions on exactly where best to find them in the protected no-fishing zone along the coast. Abundant shallow water reef fish are just steps away from this apartment. We also saw a ray and two spotted eels. The property has beautiful landscaping and excellent security. It is a safe walk into town for groceries and dining. We could occasionally hear music from town, but it added to the Caribbean vibe. The property itself was extremely quiet but there was low occupancy during our stay. The unit itself shows some age but was well equipped, comfortable, and clean. The wifi was excellent, and the electricity (and hot water) worked 100% ( I noted other property reviews reported problems). We had a few tropical insect occurrences but this is to be expected with the doors and windows open most of the time, and bug spray from the unit did the job. Daily trash disposal is a good idea. Like other reviewers, we spent a lot of time on the balcony as it stayed shaded all day. The beach was frequently crowded with day trippers who left daily for a catamaran trip. The water is very shallow along the coast and there are insufficient lounge chairs for Carib Condo guests, or are in disrepair, but the staff were quick to assist us on the one day we ventured onto the busy beach. Note the restaurant/bar mostly caters to the day trippers and was closing by 5pm, but Carla reopened the kitchen and gave us good company while we waited for our good burgers. Overall, this was our most relaxing vacation and would stay here again. Thanks, Belinda!

If you have any standards at home ***stay there***
The pictures are very misleading as someone who travels to JA very frequently for long periods of time I am very accustomed to the standard that is available and the prices that they are available for. I booked to stay here for 10 weeks and couldn't stay more than 3 nights. There is a serious infestation of ants cockroaches and all kinds of creepy crawly things I got bitten on my lip and eye whilst asleep and it wasn't by any mosquitoes. If you have any standards of cleanliness at home and your sofa is not broken, this is not the place for you. If you only took a look at the mop and broom used to clean with you'd know why! The overall problem was cleanliness as I know a thoroughly cleaned house can not house such insects, this is my experience as a person of Jamaican Descent and a Caribbean traveler for over 20 years . The only thing this apartment has going for it is the balcony and the view, everything else is WHACK! When querying such things with the owner she had the cheek to ask me 'if I had brought the ants from England as she had never seen them before. So after this conversation I decided to take photographic evidence to support my issues. After such evidence being accumulated it was with no hesitation a full refund was given and I moved out pronto!!! The other issue with this property is location; unless you wish to walk for over 30mins plus to the nearest shop in the baking heat you'll need a car also there is safety issues after dark. This property is overpriced for what is offers it is sub-standard and not a vacation in my opinion, well unless you want to live on the balcony.. I still have the photographs/videos , shame that there is not an option to post here. The ownerr needs to know that she cannot continue misleading people in this way.

Location and access to attractions are good. Was made aware of ceiling leak only hours before arrival. However it did not impede our stay other than a towel on the floor to catch the occasional drip. Caretaker’s of the property were friendly and helpful. They helped us greatly with a flat tire .
