Peter was great to work with and accommodated our group short notice. He was a very responsive host. Location of property is convenient between LA and San Diego. The 4 bedrooms worked well for our family to give all enough space.

This house was perfect for our family to visit Cali for the Marine Graduation. The rooms are spacious along with the bathrooms. The house is very detailed on how things work and where things are located, making it very easy to navigate. Highly recommend due to the nice neighborhood and you can't beat the price.

Great value stay!
This vacation rental was immaculately clean! The check-in process was seamless as our host Peter sent me detailed instructions. Casa Arbolitos is a spacious home full of nice amenities. So much is new including all the kitchen appliances, flooring and carpet. There were so many unexpected things included in the kitchen cabinets such as coffee, tea, spices,and oils. Dishes, utensils and cookware were plentiful. The beds, linens and bath showers were great! Also, the A/C works great! It was obvious that Peter is making his way through the house and updating Room to room. This large 4 bedroom home is a great value and we hope to return!

Wonderful Stay
The place is nice, spacy, and clean. Location is quiet and is only a short drive to restaurants and grocery stores. My only complain is the fact that guests are expected to wash the towels before checking out. If you take a shower the morning you chech out, you may not have enough time to wash the towels.
