The hot tub seems new, but doesn’t maintain temperature. Each time we got in, the temperature would drop. After less than 30 minutes of use, it would be at 98 degrees. "This place was decent for the price. The kitchen was well stocked and my family enjoyed playing pool and sitting in the sauna when we werent touring the beach or downtown. It was fully fenced and safe for my doggo. The only downfall was no air conditioning and thin walls/curtains separate the sleeping areas. Very nostalgic and cozy. "

"This place was really great for the four of us. The neighborhood was friendly and quiet and there were woods and wildlife all around - frogs in the wetlands, hummingbirds, jays, and a Great Blue Heron hunting the wetland area. The house was very clean and well-supplied for cooking, doing laundry and living. The fire pit in the backyard was a big plus! The property owner is gracious and friendly. We loved it! Only wish it was closer to the beach, but that’s not major."
