Just steps away from the Oceano Beach bunny dunes and coastline - No A/C necessary; mother nature will provide fresh clean air. This property was designed with comfort in mind - accommodating 10 people easily with 4 generously sized bedrooms and 2-3/4 bathrooms. One bedroom downstairs and rest upstairs. The largest bedroom doubles as a game room, equipped with a foosball table/coffee table and a smart TV, plus enjoy sitting on the balcony and watch the whitewater surf with bunny dunes in the foreground. A peaceful place to gather next to the natural habitat of the Oceano Lagoon, take in the sights of ocean views and dune views from the windows. Cook and dine inside - Gather and grill on the large sun deck while everyone relaxes on cushioned patio furniture situated around a propane fire pit. A stocked kitchen to prepare large or small meals is at your service with cookware, bakeware and dining ware and equipped with small appliances; Ample driveway parking for three passenger cars, extra long and well lit at night for safety and security. Surveillance camera overlooking the driveway for added security. Cable internet with secure mesh WIFI system and Ethernet port connection on both floors. Located just outside of the gateway to the Oceano State Vehicular Recreation Area, close to beach rentals, grocery stores, restaurants, night life, live family entertainment, nature hikes, parks and an Amtrak station.

The house was very clean and well maintained. Getting to the beach was very easy. It would have been nice to have extra towels for the beach, but other than that everything was great!

Fun beach getaway
The property was great! Our party consisted of three generations of the family (ages 2 - 60). Everyone was comfortable and had a great time. With the beach being literally across the street, it was fantastic!

Hidden gem in Oceano
Super nice and clean beach house ……No hassel parking just steps to the beach. We were able to bbq our Tri tip on the bbq grill. There was a deck with plenty of room for family to enjoy the beach air. Large comfy couch and room for 10 people. This is truly a gem.

Nice house close to the beach
Smooth process, enjoyed the weekend. Stayed with 3 old friends. Walked to the beach. Also can walk to a few small restaurants. About 3 miles if you want to walk on the beach to Pismo. House was clean and well kept. Enjoyable time!

Perfect Beach Getaway
We visited with 4 adults and 4 children, ages 4mo-12years for a wedding nearby. The house was very comfortable and literal steps away from the beach. My kids had the best time playing at the beach and watching all of the cars go by. Pismo beach was minutes away with tons of good food. SLO is 20 mins away. All of the Edna wineries were so close. The Fischers were wonderful hosts, we would happily stay again!

Famiy Time
We had a wonderful weekend staying in the Fisher Family Beach House while visiting our son who lives in Grover Beach and attends Cal Poly. The home was spotlessly clean, a short stroll to the ocean for refreshing walks, near fun restaurants, and the layout was perfect for our family to gather in the living room, well stocked kitched, and around the dining table. We also enjoyed relaxing around the fire pit on the front deck. The neighborhood was very quiet and we could hear the ocean waves at night, which I love! We look forward to returning :-)

Place is wonderful. 3 families total with kids 3-13 years old. Communication from property management is poor. I had to initiate contact in order to get the check in/out procedure. We were not told until finding out the day of that the fire pit and air compressor were broken. Owner/property manager lives in the back house so please beware. Also, there is a camera out front with possible other "listening/viewing" devices on the property (can't confirm). There is no washer/dryer on the property. Overall, the place is wonderful and we all had a good time. We just wouldn't rent the place again.

Perfect Getaway
We had an amazing time, we love Pismo. Our host was easy to communicate with and extremely generous. We were a little bummed because it was raining and the kids wanted to ride the dirt bikes. It cleared up and we were able to get some great time in. Our host offered to accommodate us by staying an extra night free of charge due to weather (seriously?? Never had this). We weren’t able to stay but so appreciated it. The house was clean and filled with everything you needed. The only bummer was not having a washer/dryer, especially because the kids went out and got soaked. The location was great a couple blocks from Pismo Dunes and close to fabulous food!

The home was open but warm. The hosts were very thoughtful. It was my 60th birthday and I had such a wonderful experience when I walked in and found chocolates a b-day card and a happy Birthday balloon with a pleasant snack in the refrigerator. Oceano Beach House
While the exterior of this home is rustic beach house, the interior was nicely updated and spotlessly clean. It housed five adults and four kids adequately, although living area seating was limited and bed mattresses were too soft for most of us. There was no pantry area to store food we brought in, making kitchen space more limited. Game selection was very minimal. The nearby beach is more than “steps away” to the actual water, but the kids did enjoy the dunes. Wind created those dunes and was a constant presence during our weekend visit. We left a day early in part due to schedules, but the four of us who originally planned to stay one more night didn’t find the house cozy enough or the beach access easy enough to warrant staying the remainder of our rental time. Overall, it felt more like a hotel than a home with limited views and minimal comfort.

Leisure at the Beach
Our family of 8 enjoyed staying in this clean modern facility. It served our needs for little ones and big ones. Beach is a short walk and is beautiful. Sand dune rental ATVs nearby also a walking distance. No grocery store within a couple of miles but we had rented a vehicle so no problem. Kitchen is nice size for group. Color scheme is modern. No beach towels so bring your own along with you. Large capacity washer and dryer were appreciated too. One night the neighbors had a loud and late Halloween party on their deck which is about 2 feet from this house. We let the owners know it disrupted sleep. They were "ON IT" immediately. At the end of our stay a man came to apologize. That was nice. Overall very satisfied.

Good location, ok neighbors, poor communication for property.
First off i didnt get emails on check in procedures or checkout procedures. Vrbo app said wait for emails. Looks like partial owners/property managnent gets notified when you arrive at the house via neighbors. Almost every window peers out to a neighbors house so there is no view anywhere. Most of the beds give a little house on the prairie vibe and you would swear you are sleeping on hay bales. I eventually found the best bed in the house was the couch. Never found the remote to the front tv. There is enough toilet tissue for a night or two but nothing more. Also paper towels were less than one roll for a friday to sunday stay. Lighting in the main floor is dismal. If you stay in the front porch of the house toward the evening time you can see Norman Bates mother dubiously looking in your direction at all times. Also running the dishwasher before you leave is not considered completing all the dishes fyi. It is a clean residence and located close to the beach. Parking is adequate for two large vehicles.
