If you are looking for stunningly beautiful sunsets right on the beach, this is it! Our spot creates relaxed romance from dawn to dusk where entertaining is easy, comfort reigns supreme and natural beauty is the essence of style. Our location in Oceano puts you directly on the beach, 5 minutes to wineries and the historic Village of Arroyo Grande, and 5-10 minutes to Pismo and Avila Beaches. The Central Coast rivals the Napa Valley featuring more than 200 wineries and vineyards in the region. On almost any given weekend one can find activities such as wine tastings and festivals, biking events, and faires of all types.

This property is ideal for families, and for those wine enthusiasts interested in sharing the cost of a beautiful home and property by bringing a group of 2-3 couples, several families or a group of friends.

This spacious condo is family owned and is a two-story home that has 2 bedrooms, 3 baths, a very open & large kitchen, and family and dining area. The condo is situated on the beach with generous room to relax and enjoy!

The Master Suite features a four poster hand carved queen bed with luxurious bedding including 500 thread count sheets, chenille blanket and oh so comfy pillows. It also has a cozy sitting area for reading or watching TV on the flatscreen. The bath with this bedroom includes a vanity, and a walk-in shower.

The second large bedroom suite is equipped with a five twin beds with silky sheets. This bedroom also offers a flat screen TV. The attached bathroom includes a tub shower combination.

The third sleeping area highlights a queen pull out bed as well as a second bed. Downstairs also offers a full bathroom with the walk-in shower. This is great for families to be able to have a full sleeping area down stairs along with a third full bathroom.

The dining and living area is open and airy with a large dining table, a long bar with five barstools for dining. Relax in the main living area that boasts a flat screen TV, overstuffed chenille couch and gas log fireplace. The home includes all linens, blankets, deluxe coffee maker, cooking and utensils, and beach towels. We do accept pets (see the additional pet amount on prices page). Please note that this location is on Oceano Beach which allows vehicles and ATV's on the beach

Amazing house right on the beach
We had such a great stay. It was amazing being right on the beach! The house was beautiful and was thoughtfully prepared with everything you would need. Very spacious. We appreciated the 3 full bathrooms. The host was very responsive and helpful. We'll definitely stay here again!

Our second stay
This is a very nice property. We stayed here in 2022 and 2023 for two week stays. Access to the beach is great. Our only issue was a leaky kitchen sink and that was taken care of very quickly. Will probably stay there again next year.

Home away from home!
The condo was beautiful and the views were amazing! It was nicely decorated, clean, and fully equipped! The location is perfect, better than described, literally right on the sand! The host Tammy is the best! She was available for any question we had or for any help we needed! The only complaint that I have is that we were not able to stay longer! Love this place, great experience!

Great time on the California Central Coast
This property was perfect for our family of 4 (including 2 teenagers) and our dog. Excellent location on the beach. Everything we needed was provided available - beach towels and chairs, fully stocked kitchen, lots of seating for the family - indoors and outdoors on the decks. The pictures and description of the property are accurate.

Perfect getaway
This beach house was perfect! We truly enjoyed our stay here. The house was very clean and stocked with all the essentials. The location is very busy but perfect for us. We enjoyed all the action. Amazing place to be
We had an amazing time. You are literally right on the beach. Restaurants, groceries, shopping all very close. It is right by the entrance for campers to go on the beach but we found that rather entertaining. I loved the big oversized couch right by the back patio so you could relax and watch the waves. Tammy was readily available for any issues or questions we had. We will be back!

Walk to the beach
You are right on the beach and the house is great and near everything you would need. Slappys chowder house is right next door and that's a plus. You are were the sand dunes are and vehicles are allowed to be on the beach so you need to be careful with the kids and dogs..

Wonderful
You cant beat the location- right on the beach. Convenient for our kiddos and could keep an eye on them in the sand. We brought an off roading vehicle so we could drive on the beach and it was helpful that the entrance is right next to the condo. The furniture is comfortable and everything you need for a beach day and a relaxing night in is available. The owner was very responsive and pleasant. Overall we definitely recommend and will be returning.

Perfect for our family!
It is such a great beach house! The day bed downstairs was our favorite place to lounge all together...the 6 of us fit on it! And we could watch the kids play in the sand from the house which was awesome. There were boogie boards in the closet upstairs which the kids took advantage of even though it was only 60 degrees. The best part was the 3 full baths so nobody had to wait to get the sand washed off and warm up from the cold ocean. There is also a food place right next door...super convenient and great great food! We would definitely stay here again!

Breathtaking location
This property was simply gorgeous. The space was perfect and very roomy & comfortable for our family. We loved the fireplace and daybed. Parking was a breeze with the reserved spaces under the unit. Plenty of trash bags & paper towels. Coffee included! Bring your own soaps & shampoos though. Key pad door lock was challenging for us, but we worked it out with the property manager. Tammy was very responsive, welcoming & helpful. There are no words for the view- just amazing! Also, we ordered Slappy’s Chowder house next door the first night, not expecting much. We were wrong - one of the best tri tip sandwiches, and the chowder was incredible.

Great Location
We had a nice stay. Location is great! Right on the beach. Restaurant next door with friendly owners. It was raining a lot when we were there but even with the weather, the beach walks were nice and we loved the view. Property Managers were easy to get a hold of. There was an issue with a leak but they were very helpful and responsive. Unit is very clean. There are some maintenance issues that is scheduled to be taken care of per the owners so we definitely would rent again. Thank you!

Great Location. Perfect beach getaway!!!
Our last minute booking to this lovely condo couldn't have worked out any better!!!! It was exceptionally clean and well presented. The owner was there to meet us and show us round which was great. We only had a short stay which was a shame as it was perfect for our family of 4 adults. It was literally on the beach and so no drive or parking issues for the beach. There was underground parking in your own designated parking space (unto 2 spaces available) Plenty of living and sleeping areas. Plenty of places to eat and shop just a few minutes drive away or a few minutes more walk. Easily accessable. Furnishings were lovely and the bathrooms great too. Nothing to fault really, just wished we could have stayed longer!!!!

The best view of the ocean
I have no complaints . This was a beautiful place to stay . Literally a walk skip and hop to beach . We used the pits to do s’mores with kids every night . The house was clean and had so much cute decor . Everything you could possibly need . The bunk beds were such a good idea! The beds down stairs were so convenient. The washer and dryer were a plus . The patio with seating was perfect. Parking down in garage was nice . Walking distance to the store that had literally everything . 3 restroom with shower was a huge plus . We will be back ! Beauty view all day highly recommended
