BEACHFRONT with Spa

On the Beach front. Ocean views from almost every room. Vehicles are allowed to drive on the beach, but no atv's, thank goodness! High speed Internet, spa, fireplace, gas BBQ, large wood BBQ, large deck, patios, Flat screens TVs in every bedroom and living room, two recliners, two fold-outs, one king, one queen, 1 double. There are 3 bedrooms. One is large with a king bed and a fold-out with attached full bath. The other two have a queen and a double. They are very small and are separated by a wall and a door (not a hallway). Those in the double bed have direct access to a half bath. Those in the queen bed can privately access the full bath near the kitchen by going around a few feet outside. There are two and a half bathrooms. Washer/dryer, off street parking for three regular size vehicles.

Always a great stay!
I have used this property many times over the years for work trips (care facility vacations). This time it was for a little vacation for my family. As always Nell was awesome, the house was great and the views! We loved sitting on the beach, kids had a blast making smores around the bonfire. Plenty of room for play and the ocean is at your back door. Can't wait to return!

Pictures did not accurately depict 3rd bedroom (more like a closet) and overwhelming smell of urine (had to spray daily) - need to remove carpets from B2/3. Overall did not feel/look/smell clean. Too much knick knack stuff all over, no room for the things we/people bring. Way too much stuff in kitchen, refrigerator very old and rusty. Living room comfortable, good views, parking beach access.

A charming stay right on the beach near pismo. Could spend entire time there but so many beautiful places just a short drive away. Great home that was incredibly comfortable for our family. Definitely will return

Breath Taking View
The views of the dunes and ocean were breathtaking. Close to activities and restaurants. I have a bit lower score because the house is “real beachy” which means it’s outdated. If that’s your thing then it will be perfect. The VBRO host was friendly and interested in making sure our stay was memorable.

Relaxing beach escape
We had a great experience at the sand dollar. The house and property was very peaceful. The location is perfect and beautifu, right on the beach with a fire pit and chairs. We would definitely rent again. Our overall experience was 5 stars.

Excellent stay
Spent the first few days at the Seagull property then moved into the Sanddollar. We have stayed at the Sanddollar in the past and absolutely loved the views and proximity to everything. Nell is a wonderful host. Look forward to returning soon.

Perfect for a couple wanting toes in the sand. Good golf in area, lots to do or do nothing at all. Old school beach house which I prefer.

Beach house bliss
This quaint beach house was the perfect getaway for a girls trip. We enjoyed drinking our morning coffee on the deck while listening to the waves. Then we wound down our nights in the hot tub.
