The main entrance to this home-away-from-home is on the first level, where you'll find the laundry room with a washer/dryer and a bonus room with outdoor access that is ideal for TV watching. The sun-kissed living room offers a comfortable sectional sofa with plenty of room for the entire group to spread out over, a flatscreen cable TV, and a separate seating area, perfect for reading by the windows. The dining table with seating for six is right by the kitchen, but if you'd like to dine al-fresco, the outdoor dining area on the balcony seats four and is a great place to share light lunches! The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances that include a French-door refrigerator, an oven, and a dishwasher, and there are plenty of countertop gadgets to help you assemble those quick afternoon snacks.
On the third and upper level, you'll find three well-appointed bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The first bedroom features an en-suite bath with a walk-in shower, and the other full bathroom has a tub/shower combo. Guests of this charming retreat will even have access to a shared outdoor pool and tennis court! You'll be staying in a quiet neighborhood within three miles of Bethany Beach. The most popular activities among visitors include swimming, surfing, beachcombing, windsurfing, shell-hunting, strolling along the Bethany Beach boardwalk, and more! Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
