Located in a row home adjacent to the clubhouse and within walking distance to the golf course, pools, tennis courts, and less than three miles from Bethany Beach, this inviting and well-appointed two-story townhouse is the definition of convenience and entertainment. This retreat is perfect for a large family, two small families, groups of friends, and couples alike. There is a small courtyard at the back of the house. The garage acts as a convenient lounge area with plenty of seating options for everyone. For 2024, there is new flooring downstairs and all-new kitchen appliances.
The main floor of this gem features an inviting coastal-themed living area, a well-equipped kitchen with all major appliances, including a dishwasher and drip coffee maker, and a dining table. Find extra room at the kitchen island with countertop seating. This level also hosts a bedroom perfect for the kiddos with an en suite bathroom. Upstairs, you'll find two more bedrooms with en suite bathrooms as well. One of the bedrooms has access to a small, standing-room-only balcony.
The Village of Bear Trap Dunes surrounds 27 holes of championship golf at Bear Trap Dunes Golf Club. Just a short drive to Bethany Beach, this exciting golf course community features a fantastic set of amenities, including the Village Pavilion (with indoor pool, outdoor pool and kiddie pool, exercise room, Har-Tru tennis courts, hard surface tennis court, multisport court, and saunas), outdoor pool, playground, playground, summer beach shuttle and clubhouse with restaurant.

The washer/dryer is located in the unfinished basement. This room is unavailable for guest use, but you may access the washer/dryer if desired.
The Bear Trap Dunes Owners Association charges an optional per-person fee for guests ages 4 and older for the use of the community's amenities, including the in-season beach shuttle, pools, tennis, and fitness center. This fee varies by the time of year and is subject to change without notice. Guests that opt to purchase amenity passes must purchase at the Bear Trap Pavilion.
All guests shall abide by Vacasa's good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking, and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
