In addition to a fantastic location, you are also granted access to the community's amenities, including a heated outdoor pool, a 27-hole championship golf course at the wonderful Beat Trap Dunes Golf Club, tennis and basketball courts, a children's pool, a sauna, a fitness center, a playground, and a game room.

This splendid ground-floor condo enjoys a beautifully decorated and bright open floor plan that seamlessly combines all living spaces into one. The pool across from the condo (October Glory Pool) is only allowed to be accessed by the owners. The pool that can be used is located at the Bear Trap Dunes Pavilion - within driving distance and weekly badges must be purchased to use the pool and other amenities as well, tennis, pickleball, etc.
Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.
The Bear Trap Dunes Owners Association charges an optional per person fee for guests ages 4 and older for the use of the community’s amenities, including the in-season beach shuttle, pools, tennis and fitness center. This fee varies by the time of year and is subject to change without notice. Guests that opt to purchase amenity passes must purchase at the Bear Trap Pavilion.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
