Ready to make memories? Sandhill Beach House in the quant coastal town of Ocean Springs, Mississippi is the perfect place for a romantic getaway, or family beach vacation. This beautiful custom-built ocean front home features airy interiors with modern amenities. Enjoy spectacular views of the Gulf of Mexico—and enjoy direct access to a 0.8-acre private sand beach — just steps from the oversized back porch.

The 3-bed, 2-bathroom house offers a blend of old and new, with elegant furnishings, soaring ceilings, an open floor plan, and antique heart pine flooring.

Features include:
• An elevator for guests who require mobility assistance
• One king bed, one queen bed, two twin beds, two roll-away beds, a Queen sleeper sofa with upgraded gel memory foam mattress, and two regular sofas.
• Custom kitchen with mosaic tile back splash, center island bar, and stainless-steel appliances, including refrigerator, beverage center, and double oven
• Marble and ceramic-tiled bathrooms, with shower and tub facilities
• A full-length back porch across the ocean side of the house
• A full-length covered back porch, across the ocean side of the house. New Polywood outdoor furniture and built-in gas grill and bar
• Beach-side covered gazebo, with electricity
• Ample parking

In addition to the beach, Sandhill is close to plenty of opportunities for entertainment and recreation, including wade or charter boat fishing, kayaking, boating, and golf. We are also located near the Gulf Coast’s 10 Casinos and cultural events, including the annual Peter Anderson Festival, Mississippi’s largest arts and crafts festival, CRUISING THE COAST EVENT! If your a Boutique shopper you hit the Jackpot with our Downtown Ocean Springs District. With more than 200 local shops, galleries, restaurants and nightlife, the Ocean Springs community captures the small town charm with its walkability, white sand beaches, and year round activity.

This is an amazing property. The house is clean with every detail well thought of. The beach is very private. Lots of places to explore nearby during the day. I've rented many vrbos and this one definitely ranks among the best of them. Thank you for a great stay!

The perfect place
We came for a wedding and really feel we lucked out staying here. It's absolutely perfect. The quite and peaceful location makes you feel like you have the beach to yourself. It's not too far from anywhere you want to go.

Beautiful, well appointed home right on the beach! Incredible view! We enjoyed relaxing on the porch or in the gazebo! Firepit on the beach. House is very clean! Comfortable beds! Lots of games for family fun around the large table! Quiet location but close to lots of activities! Elevator really convenient for loading and unloading! An amazing place to relax and unwind with family! We would definitely return!

Third trip to ocean springs and staying in Sandhill Beachhouse. It is absolutely perfect. Picture’s don’t do it justice. The entire neighborhood is a hidden jewel. Hosts think of everything and are easily accessible if you have any questions. Will be returning next fall.

Excellent family getaway
The beach house was beautiful and clean. Perfect access to a private beach. The back porch was my favorite place for morning coffee. I would highly recommend this area to anyone who wants to have a lovely family beach getaway for making beautiful memories. The hosts were available when needed. I just wish the water was a little more clearer, but other than that it was perfect and we had an awesome time.

This home and location is the perfect getaway. There is an in home elevator that we used for our elderly family members. Every detail was well thought out in this home. There was even a fire pit and chairs for us to use at the beach. Could not have asked for anything more.

I could have spent my whole week sitting on the huge back porch looking at the ocean and reading. The built in gas grill was awesome and the gazebo always had a great ocean breeze. Close to Ocean Springs where we caught the Walter Anderson Museum, yoga, food and Biloxi for some sailing. Great find.

This property has a beautiful view of the gulf. We celebrated our family Christmas here with our adult children and grandchildren,, and the only thing missing were Christmas decorations, but we knew up front there would not be any. This home was beautiful and there is nothing negative I can say about our stay. We enjoyed every minute of this property.

The property was beautiful. House equipped with everything we needed. The lift was amazing for luggage and groceries, also for taking trash down. The things that were not in favor… thorns in the yard, don’t go barefoot. The private beach was great not having to go down to the beach early to put up everyone chair out. Does need blankets for pull out couch and roll away. Make sure you get downtown, with all the quaint shops and restaurants. Hope your stay is as wonderful as ours.

A group of nine ladies, all friends had the best time in the house and in Downtown Ocean Springs. Our property manager was wonderful- very kind, friendly, and helpful. Highly recommend this beautiful property on a private beach. :).
