Nice vacation.
The Magnolia is a beautiful home right on the beach. Plenty of room and very comfortable. Well stocked too. Would love to go back. There were a few problems. Mold in one bathroom. Water leaking from light fixture in up stairs hall bath. Needs to be sprayed for roaches. Large ones and small ones. Don't like to complain, but this is a beautiful home and it needs some attention.

Perfect Family Mini-Vaca
We have stayed at several beach houses on this road in the past. This one had everything… and I mean everything. Kayaks and the paddle board made the trip spectacular for our teen boys. This house was so nice and the location was perfect. Clean clean! Even the beach was clean so no worries for the younger kids playing in the sand. The elevator was the icing on the cake; made bringing up luggage and groceries so much easier for the older folks. We’ll be back!

Great house
The house is great. We had plenty of room for extended family to spread out. Kitchen is WELL stocked. Private beach is super, only wish the water was clearer in this location, but such is the nature of the Gulf of Mexico. If you don't mind the brown water, this place is great and I would absolutely recommend.

BEAUTIFUL Beach House
This house had EVERYTHING we needed for our stay! We had 2 families staying in this house (so 11 people total). We had so much space! The upstairs living room area was perfect for the kids to play in while the adults were downstairs enjoying some peace and quiet! I have never stayed in a rental that had such a stocked kitchen, it had everything we needed and more! The beds were very comfortable! The few steps to the private beach was great, especially with the little kids that needed/wanted to go up for a break often. The water was so calm while we were there we never had to worry about the kids playing in it! And speaking on extras, the kayaks, paddle boards, and beach toys were a hit! The older kids loved being able to use them! We will definitely be keeping this house in our minds for our next blended family vacation!

Enjoyed by all ages, from 74 yr old great grand mother to 2 yr old and teen boys. The guys, two generations, enjoyed fishing on the beach. The house main floor ideal for family games, jenga, monopoly and family feast. The Saturday evening white party was a hit. We all would like to return for a family vacation.

Everything about this home was amazing! Our family has been staying in beach houses along the gulf coast for over 12 years. It was absolutely beautiful. Very quiet and remote yet close enough to grocery stores and restaurants if needed. Very well supplied with extras like beach towels, kayaks, beach chairs etc. although we typically rent 7-8 bedroom homes, if ever we need something this size we will DEFINITELY be back.

We had a wonderful family vacation at the Magnolia Beach House! The house was beautiful, SO clean and comfortable. Hands down one of the best VRBO's we have ever stayed at. Thank you for a wonderful place to reconnect and relax!

Nice and quiet
Location of the house was perfect, close to town but far enough away to be secluded. And literally right on the beach!! The downstairs bed was perfectly comfortable. All home amenities were supplied. My ONLY request would be they not use so many plug in air fresheners. The house was clean and well taken care of so these are not needed.

Beautiful Beach House
This property was everything we expected and more. We met our college age kids here for Thanksgiving. The kitchen was the best equipped kitchen of any rental we have had. The kitchen was huge which was perfect for our Thanksgiving gathering. The host provided hand soap for all the bathrooms, plenty of kleenex all over the house and ample toilet paper. This is not the case with a lot of the places we have rented before. The porch was amazing with a nice gas grill and seating with cushions. We thoroughly enjoyed the in-ground fire pit on the beach. The elevator was very useful for getting all of our things in the house. I would 100% recommend this property to anyone who wants a beautiful house on a private beach. This property is conveniently located 15 minutes from Ocean Spring. We enjoyed Rouses Market for groceries. We made day trips to Bilouxi (30min), Mobile (1 hour) and New Orleans (1hr 45 min) on three of our days.

This house did not disappoint! Photos definitely do it justice! It was exactly what it appeared to be! It was 5 of us for a girls trip all 40 and up and we enjoyed our stay so much we didn’t want to leave!

Perfection is hard to beat!
We are a group of 5 old friends. Years ago we started calling ourselves Grannies Gone Wild. We take a trip yearly. So we have lots to compare with. And this was perfection. Right on the beach. Well appointed and equipped home. Good food, great company and the knowledge that life is short and needs to be lived to the fullest.

We were really impressed with the house - lots of extra nice touches and a great layout. Very private beach just outside the back door. Gulf water is not very appealing to adults but it didn’t slow the kids down!

GREAT FAMILY BEACH HOME!
Horrible weather but the place was beautiful! Quick 30 minute drive to all the Casinos in Biloxi... I primarily went to the Golden Nugget which was only 25 minutes away and easy access for a light gambler.... loved their Sportsbook would highly recommend....Enjoyed our stay with my family! Would definitely stay here again!

Great house!
This house is everything advertised, very clean, roomy, beautiful, and right on the beach! There are other houses on the beach, but not very close by - we felt like we had the beach all to ourselves. The owners were very responsive leading up to the trip, and Mike, who was the contact on site, was very helpful with suggestions on local places to check out, eat, etc. We would love to come back someday... oh, and if anyone happens to see a man's wedding ring wash up on shore, please reach out to me... asking for a friend.

This property provided a perfect opportunity to bring together family and enjoy the beautiful home and location. The beach/ocean views from every room made it enjoyable during any weather. My family and I have throughly enjoyed our stay at the Magnolia Beach house!! We found everything just as it was described. The location on the private beach so close to the water cannot be beat. The accommodations are so nice and comfortable making it super relaxing. Kayaking and biking were fun activities already provided!! We hope to make this place an annual vacation!!!

Great Family Vacation
Beautiful house for our multigenerational family vacation. House was exactly as pictured and described. Kitchen was well stocked. Lots of beach toys & chairs. Games, toys and books. Wouldn’t have had to bring anything. Private beach, only saw a few people the whole week we were there. A great week!
