"This was the perfect destination for our family and we will most likely be back! The home is very large and immaculately set up, but still cozy and comfortable. We have rented beach houses before and this was by far the most thoughtful and well-curated setup we have had, the hosts thought of everything! ..."

We chose Ocean Park because we wanted to be close to Long Beach and to the North Head Light, but wanted a quieter location than being in the city of Long Beach. Ocean Park is a quiet rural town, and the Shakti Cottages served our purpose well.

The beach is amazing, long and flat and accessible. Be prepared for wind. And bring a kite. Local grocery and a few eateries
