Nestled amidst a 12-acre lakeside sanctuary, this newly constructed craftsman home offers the perfect blend of serenity and adventure. Explore the nearby beach just a short walk or drive away, then return to your private oasis, where fishing, kayaking, and paddle boating await right outside your door. Rain or shine, entertainment abounds with a private movie theater boasting an extensive selection of films, while outdoor enthusiasts can unwind by the fireplace or in the hot tub overlooking the lake. With ample space for up to 14 guests across 5 bedrooms, including 2 Master suites, and amenities like a game room and private office, the Lake House ensures a memorable retreat for all.

• Please declare your dogs. This home is Dog-Friendly for up to two well-behaved dogs

Great location with plenty of space for large family vacation
Although we were only a family of 4 with our dog, we enjoyed the large rooms, great backyard and beautiful property. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything needed to prepare meals and the movie room was an added bonus. Would definitely return.

It was a great stay and the house was in perfect condition. It is in a secluded location with access to the lake. The theater room and kids toy room is a crowd pleaser.

Great place for a multi-generational stay
Our family of ten stayed here for four nights and had the best time. The house is incredibly well-stocked with essentials (coffee makers, towels, etc) and there were entertainment options galore (hot tub, pool table, movie room, X-box). The owners were lovely and very helpful. We highly recommend a stay here.

Great house
This house has everything! We like being on the lake because it was much warmer and the kids had fun with the paddle boat. The beach is a short drive away. There are TONS of indoor and outdoor toys for kids of all ages and a nice little office if you need to get some work done. The movie theater was also a BIG hit. We wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

Great stay!
We loved the place. Plenty of room for the extended family to stay. We enjoyed the amenities provided, including the hot tub, game room, theatre room, and lake activities. Our toddlers enjoyed the sand box out back while we had a horseshoe tournament for the adults :). Our two labs also enjoyed the lake! This was perfect for our group, and close proximity to the beach and tourist activities.

Weekend Retreat
Had a fantastic stay here! Management was incredibly quick to respond and patiently answered all questions! No issues during stay and had a small (15 people) wedding reception in the gorgeous backyard. Everything was so clean and well stocked, would highly recommend to everyone! I'd be comfortable staying at any of their properties in the future!

Great private spot!
We loved how private the house was. The lake view was stunning, the house was fantastic- kids LOVED the theatre room, so much space to spread out or to be together. Game room was a hit, and the kitchen was well stocked for my chef husband and his best friend to cook for us. Also loved that is was dog friendly. The property managers were very easy to communicate with and very responsive to questions. We will definitely be back.

Excellent location and amenities
After issues with a different local property and manager resulted in needing to find a new place for a multi-generational family event, the Lake House with Bloomer Estates was better than we’ve ever experienced. The property was perfect with opportunities for everyone, and Bloomer Estates communicated with us in the days leading up to the rental, during our stay, and even afterward. We will be back!

Great Large Vacation Rental
We had a great family stay. The property is as advertised. There was so much room for everyone to spread out or be all together. There was plenty of outside yard space for games we brought as well as the horses shoe game provided. Everyone enjoyed the boats and some of the kids even swam in the lake. The property was in a great location, private but also a close drive into town or the beach for the activities our large group wanted to do. We had a great time and hope to book this property again in the future.

Family Oasis
This place has it all plus the layout of the house is perfect, offering open kitchen, dining, living area but enough private rooms, playroom, well-appointed office, and the MOVIE THEATER that everyone really enjoyed themselves! The location is really great too, very private and on a large property, (we never heard the neighbors, just the birds and trees), lake is gorgeous, with enough kayaks and canoes to fit 6-8 people at a time. hottub was a treat too. We have tried 4 or 5 vacation homes over the past few years and this is our favorite by far, will book again!
