"We had a wonderful getaway to this lovely beach home. It accommodated our family so well. Full of games and comfortable spots to hang out, it was the perfect location for our large crew. Check in was very easy with Kim communicating well via email/messaging prior and she generously offered an early check in. She left lovely welcoming touches with a note and gift. "The house was clean in the most important places, eg bathroom and kitchen. The wall heaters, which were in every room, had a lot of lint and dust in the grates. Yuck. The tops of the base boards were also dirty. House met our expectations in all other ways."
